It is often said that, “Build your People and your People will Build your Business” and to build your people, an organization need to empower them and transform them to great professionals. Here comes the role of Learning and Development. L&D is about creating the right culture and environment for individuals and organisations to learn and grow. It's knowing the current and future capability needs of the organisation, as well as how to create a learning culture that drives engagement in ongoing professional development.

This conference will be focussed on addressing challenges like- Constant movement in the business, Learners with screen fatigue, striving for learner’s attention, Lack of stakeholder empathy for essential L&D practices, Reduced capacity as the Great Resignation has hit L&D too, and many more other challenges which are affecting the operations of L&D and coming up with legitimate solutions and best practices shared by a speaker, experts coming from diverse backgrounds. It will be centred around having a collaborative, generative, interactive conversation that helps us all move our respective boats forward. The main aim is to share hot-off-the-presses L&D Trends and some of the interesting findings, and with the presence of all the stalwarts, interactively able to unpack toughest learning design challenges.
